7pm Evening Service

The 7pm service is held in the All Saints Centre. The service provides opportunity for an informal evening celebration. There is a lively and enthusiastic group of church musicians. The band is usually a combination of Piano, Cello, Bass and Drums. The music is varied with contemporary and wonderful hymns of praise to help us lift our hearts and voices to Jesus. Sadly the hall can’t accommodate an organ to join in the joyful celebrations, so look out for the big seasonal evening services held in the church. Christian teaching is always core in every service and the 7pm service is no exception – with sermon subjects wide and diverse. Excellent speakers are assured bringing experience to help others come to know Jesus and to grow in their faith. The service is very much mixed ages, everyone is welcome – new Christians, those wanting to explore and seasoned Christians. On the 4th Sunday Holy Communion. This is rather special as the Centre provides a more intimate setting for the church family to come together and to share in Communion. The 2nd Sunday of each month is Cafe Church, with casual seating, music provided by the band, interviews and testimonies. Many folk arrive early for refreshments and a chance for fellowship before the service and stay after the evening service for tea and freshly brewed coffee and homemade cake.

J21.12: Men’s Breakfast

We think it is important for men to have time together to grow in their Christian faith and the Men’s breakfasts help us to do just that. There’s always a good crowd of mixed ages from many walks of life. It is open to all men even if you don’t attend All Saints or any other church’! The speakers are carefully chosen for their experience and follow a yearly themed programme. Occasionally we head out as a group for dinner or visit places of interest. The Breakfasts have something of a reputation, prepared on a rota basis with two of the catering teams headed up by professional chefs.
