We have a busy week where the young are concerned. They are an important priority for us. You will find below a full picture of all that goes for youth and kids at All Saints.

PRAISE PARTY! SUNDAY SCHOOL All children from the 10am service meet together in the Hall for action packed praise and worship. There are songs, Bible stories, a short talk, and games in line with the day’s theme. We then split into age-groups for Bible study, crafts, discussion and prayer. It’s a great blend of worship and learning; of meeting Jesus as a whole group and then digging deeper with others our own age.

SUNDAY SCHOOL during the 4pm service, 3-11 years—Here the children have 30 minutes of teaching time which may involve games, acting, craft, quizzes, reading and prayers, before studying the passage in age appropriate groups. We encourage all children in prayer so that talking to Jesus  becomes familiar to them from a young age. We want them to experience Jesus in a fun and friendly atmosphere which they look forward to each week.

TEENAGERS during the 4pm service: A group for those in secondary school looking to go deeper. We look at the Bible to understand the depths of what Jesus has done for us and are always stretched in our understanding. There’s space for questions and time to think about how we live for Jesus at school and among our friends.

YOUTH SOCIAL: Teenagers get a chance to hang out over food and games at various different venues after the 4pm service. A great chance to get to know each other better, occasionally pray for one another and to have fun. This normally happens fortnightly.

PANDA: This is a hugely popular parent and toddler group that meets weekly on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 10am to 11.30am. It’s a great place to welcome the local community to All Saints’ for craft, play and music with a gentle focus on Jesus.

TODDLER PRAISE: Toddler praise meets on Thursday morning’s from 10.30 to 12.30. It’s a brilliant place to make friends and to join in activities with a more obvious Christian focus. We have singing, craft and regular messy play along with a Bible Study for mums as the children eat lunch. Parenting, family and relationships are amazing gifts from God and we look to support and pray for one another as we put the gospel into practice in these areas.

EXPLORERS: Join us for weekly games, craft and exciting activities as we learn about Jesus and explore some of the most fun things in his world! Explorers runs on Tuesdays from 3:45 – 5:00pm and is a very popular after-school club for primary school children. It’s a great chance to make friends, let off some steam after a long day at school and learn about Jesus.

MAGNETIC: A Bible study group in a chilled atmosphere with copious amounts of tea, biscuits and laughs! Come and mine the riches of God’s Word, bring your questions and meet new friends. Tuesdays from 7:30pm – 9:00pm.

Every summer, a group of All Saints’ finest take a trip to the beautiful parklands of Heaven Farm, home of the famous bluebell nature trail. It’s a wonderful chance to spend quality time together as a church family, to get to know one another and to hear God’s voice in the tranquillity of the surroundings.
